A Primary Rate Interface (PRI) connects to an on-premise PBX to provide your business with 23 concurrent call paths. This solution can be paired with Direct Inward Dial numbers (DIDs) to allow your phone vendor to assign a 10 digit public-facing phone number to phones within the system. This product also allows for automatic failover detection that can reroute calls in the event that your phone system is down.

SIP Trunk

SIP Trunks provide all the same functionality of PRIs with the added benefit of being able to choose the number of concurrent call paths you would like designated to your system*. CTS only offers this solution to customers on the CTS network so we can deliver the service over dedicated transport. Provisioning services in this fashion gives us the ability to guarantee quality of service, while many of our competitors cannot.

*CTS currently requires a minimum of 12 call paths for the SIP Trunk product.

Analog Lines

Analog lines are the perfect solution for voice customers and can be used for fax machines, alarm systems, or emergency phones.
