Adding Users to Postini

 

Open your web browser and go to http://www.postini.com

Click on the link that says "Message Center" in the upper right

 

Type in your CTSMAIL account name for Log in Address

Type in your CTSMAIL password, then click "Log In"

 

 

Click "System Administration"

*Note: if you wait longer than 5 seconds, you will be automatically taken to your message center

 

 

Click "Users" under the "Orgs and Users" tab

*Note: Where it says "Choose Org:" the field should have your domain listed instead of ctsmail-net

 

 

Click on "Add/Delete/Move Users" in the upper right

 

Step 1: Enter any number of user names you wish to add to your account.

Step2: Select your organization in the empty field box at the bottom from the scroll down menu.

Step 3: Check the "Welcom users upon creation" box

Step 4: Click the "Add Users" button
