SMTP Setup for Existing Microsoft Outlook 2002 User

 

Click "Tools" along the top menu.
Click "E-Mail Accounts" in the Tools menu.

 

Make sure "View or change existing e-mail accounts" button is checked then click "Next".

 

Make sure your CTSMAIL account is selected. Click the "Change" button on the right.
If you do not have a CTSMAIL account in your list, see New SMTP Outlook Setup.

 

Under "Server Information" change your Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to "smtp.ctsmail.net"
Click the "More Settings" button.

NOTE: If you click the "Test Account Settings" button, it may say there is a failure, but your email should still work fine.

 

Click the "Outgoing Server" tab at the top of the window.
Make sure the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" button is checked. Click "OK"
Click "Next" on the screen that it took you back to. Click "Finish" on the last screen.
