New SMTP Setup for Outlook 2002 - Standard CTSMAIL User

Open Microsoft Outlook

This box should appear if there is no existing Outlook accounts. If it does not appear see Existing Outlook Setup.

Make sure "Add a new e-mail account is checked", then click "Next".

Check the "POP3" button then click "Next".

Type your name and CTSMAIL address.
Make sure your Incoming mail server is: mail.ctsmail.net and your Outgoing mail server is: smtp.ctsmail.net
Enter your CTSMAIL address in the User Name field.
Click the "More Settings" button.

NOTE: If you click the "Test Account Settings" button, it may say there is a failure, but your email should still work fine.

Click the "Outgoing Server" tab along the top of the window.
Check the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box.
Make sure the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" button is checked. Click "OK"
Click "Next" on the screen that it took you back to. Click "Finish" on the last screen.
