Netscape Mail existing account setup
Double click the "Netscape Mail & Newsgroups" icon on your desktop.

Click "Edit" and then "Mail & Newsgroups account settings" from the drop down menu.

Make sure the top Account name in the white box to the left is selected and the title bar in on the right says Account Settings. Type any name to label your account (such as your username) in the Account Name field. Under Identity, enter your name in the labeled field and your CTS provided Email address in both the Email Address and Reply-to Address fields. Most people will want the compose messages in HTML format box on the bottom checked. This allows emails to have colors, and interactive features such as links to web pages. If unchecked emails will load quicker but may be harder to read due to coding that gets printed instead of executed. Click on "Server Settings" in the white box on the left directly below your account name on the left.

Server Type should be set to POP Mail Server. Server Name must be set to mail.ctsmail.net. Enter the CTS provided username into the "User Name" field. In the Port field enter 110. Leave "Use secure connection" unchecked. Set the others to your choice. "Local Directory" Should not be blank as seen in the example below. Leave the information in that box as is unless you have a specific place you want it set at. Click on "Outgoing Server (SMTP)

For the Server Name field enter smtp.ctsmail.net. Leave the Port field blank. Check the User name and password box and then enter your CTS provided username in the labeled field. Make sure the Use secure connection field is marked Never. Click Ok
