Viewing, Using, and Sending Attachments with IncrediMail

If your JunkFilter is turned on, then messages may be put in your Junk & Unapproved folder that you wish to receive. You can check for messages JunkFilter mistook for junk mail by clicking on the folder.

If you wish to turn off the JunkFilter, you can click the JunkFilter settings button in the upper right of your screen after clicking on the Junk & Unapproved folder to change the settings.

After you have opened a letter with an attachment that you would like see, click on the paperclip in the upper right corner. You can choose to save the file(s) by clicking on the Save Attachments... option or run/view directly from there by clicking on the filename itself.. If you run/view the file directly from here the contents will be immediatly displayed but may not be saved permanently on your computer.

If you choose "Save Attachments..." you can choose what location you would like to save the file. If you leave it as is and click Save, it automatically saves the file to your desktop. This is generally the easiest place to find it when you're done. Your file will be on the desktop screen when all your programs and windows are closed or minimized.

Sending an Attachment

After you open a new message, click the Attachment button across the top.

Select the file you wish to attach to your Email. You can browse for the file by clicking the down arrow at the top next to the "Look in:" field. Once you have found the file you wish to attach click the "Open" button at the bottom right.

You will be able to tell if you did it correctly by seeing the file you selected in a new feild on your message labeled "Attach:". When you are finished typing your message, click "Send" in the upper left corner.
